Do you find the Outlook web interface boring or confusing? Well there is an alternative! You can use the Outlook Desktop app. In order to set it up with your account follow these steps.
Let’s start by launching Spotlight. If you click on the Spotlight icon 🔍 in the top right-hand corner of your mac, you’ll be presented with a search bar.
- In the search bar type Microsoft Outlook then double press the selection that appears.
- Outlook will prompt you for your email address followed by your password.
- BAMO. You’re done and now using Outlook on your Mac.
