Setting Up Your E-Mail Signature

Let’s add a signature to your email account! First thing to note is that the signatures are sent per client. So even if you have a signature set up on the web version of Outlook, when you send an email from your phone it won’t be there.

Setup Signature for Outlook on the Web
1. Open your email in a browser by going to outlook.office365.com login if necessary.
2. Click the Gear icon in the top right hand corner of the window.
3. Scroll down and choose View all Outlook settings
4. Choose Compose and reply from the 2nd column of options.
5. Enter your signature. We encourage the following layout.

6. Check off the two checkboxes below the field.
(Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose. Automatically include my signatures on messages I forward or reply to.)
7. Hit Save in the top right corner.
8. Close the window by pressing the little X in the top right corner.

You’re all set!
