Let’s say you’re going on vacation! (Lucky you! Got any extra room in your suitcase?)
You would like to set up an email out of office or auto reply so that people know you are gone enjoying life!
To do so follow these steps.
- Login with your work email and password to https://outlook.offce365.com
- Click the little gear settings icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen, close to your profile picture.
- Scroll down in the pop up that appears and choose View all Outlook settings
- In the new pop up choose Automatic replies from the menu.
- Press the button to turn automatic replies on.
- You can now choose to schedule the reply so it only appears on the days you are gone.
- You may also wish to add automatic replies to emails coming from outside southridgechurch.ca
- To do so check the box Send replies outside your orgnization.
- You can choose to put the same text as used for your internal reply as for external, or you can put something else here.
- Press Save ! You have now set up an autoreply!
- The most important step. Go enjoy your time away!
