To Transfer An Active Call

  1. Press the TRANSFER button during a call. The call is placed on hold.
  2. Scroll through the pages and press the button for the person you wish to transfer it to. 
  3. After the party answers the call, you can discuss the call with them.
  4. When ready, press TRANSFER again to connect the two calls. 

To Transfer Directly to Voicemail

Transferring directly to voicemail, requires you to know the users 3 digit extension, and does not work using their extension buttons programmed on the phone.

  1. During an active call, press ##* (on phones with a colour screen, press the TO VM button on the left hand side) then enter the 3 digit extension of the user you are sending the call to. 
  2. Wait for the screen to clear and the caller will be sent to their extension.

Parked Calls

Parked calls act as a “holding spot” that allow anyone to pick up the call from any handset in the building without having to transfer the call. It’s great if you have to walk away from the phone to check something or want to pick the call up on a different phone.

  1. During an active call, press the Park Call button on the first page of buttons, or dial ##700. The system will read back the number that the call was parked to, ie 701. 
  2. To retrieve a parked call, either dial the 3 digits the call was parked to, or press the Park 70x button that the call was parked to.
