Occasionally there is an issue where the blockout dates aren’t showing up when you try to schedule certain teams.
We’ve run into this twice, here’s the solution from PCO Support.
The reason the Blockout isn’t creating a Conflict is that the Team is not Assigned to the Time. This means systematically there is nothing for the Blockout date to conflict with.
To correct this,
1. Click on the Time
2. Under the Assigned Teams section
3. Type the Team name in the search bar
To update this change in all future plans and on their People Assignments, check the two boxes at the bottom:
