Setup A Contact List In Outlook

If you’re looking to repeatedly email a set of contacts in your inbox, here’s how to setup a Contact List to make your life easier!

  1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/people
  2. Choose the dropdown beside New Contact and choose New Contact List
  1. From this new window you can create a name and assign people to your contact list.
  1. When you go to compose a new email you can type the group name in to the To field and the list will show up! You can now email that group. You can also choose to expand the list to see who is in it, with the little + icon beside the name.
