In order to send an e-mail from Planning Center, we’ll first need a LIST built. It’s possible a list has already been created and shared with you.
1. Getting Started
First thing is to go to https://people.planningcenter.com from there you will choose Lists from the top menu. Then choose the list that you want to send to.

2. Choose Actionable Items
You will see all the people that meet that lists criteria. From here there are a number of actions that can be taken upon a list. We though just want one.

From left to right you have the following actions.
- Send Message: This gives the option for Sending an email.
Send E-Mail
To send the actual e-mail. Use Send Message > Send email.
A new window pops up to compose the e-mail in.

From within this window you can add the Subject and body to your e-mail. Using the right hand button in the tools menu, you can add a person’s specific name to the e-mail so it is customized.
Once completed you can just hit the Send email… button and away it goes!
