Transfer A Call
- Press the TRANSFER button during a call. The call is placed on hold.
- Scroll through the pages and press the button for the person you wish to transfer it to.
- After the party answers the call, you can discuss the call with them.
- When ready, press TRANSFER again to connect the two calls.
Transfer To Voicemail
There is no super duper easy way to transfer to a users voicemail. You could simply do a transfer like above, wait for the call to connect/ring and then hit transfer, and the calling party will wait through the rings to leave a voicemail.
- There is a way to transfer directly to voicemail, but it requires you to know the users 3 digit extension.
- During an active call, press ##* then enter the 3 digit extension of the user you’re sending the call to.
- Wait for the screen to clear and the caller will be sent to that extension’s voicemail.
This key combo does not work with the buttons of people’s names listed on the phone, you HAVE to enter the 3digit extension. (It’s dumb I know)
Parked Calls
Parked calls act as a “holding spot” that allow anyone to pick up the call.
- During an active call, press the Park Call button on the first page of buttons. The system will read back the number that the call was parked to.
- To retrieve a parked call, either dial the 3 digits the call was parked to, or press the Park 70x button that the call was parked to.
